We arrived a bit late at the parking space. The driver was waiting in the van and drove us to the airport as soon as we parked the car. It's reassuring that you are allowed to take your car keys with you. When arriving back at Düsseldorf airport, we called the first phone number on the card after getting our suitcases. The phone was turned off. We called the second number. The driver answered and said he was at the entrance and would leave shortly. Two other people arrived after us, making the van full. Before leaving the airport the driver checked his missed calls and called everyone including me as I had called the first number on the card. The driver drove back to the parking space. While driving back he received two calls that he answered via the car kit. It was a guy who was angry at the driver as the driver left while the guy was standing outside waiting for the driver. The guy didn't seem to understand that the van was full. The second call was a lady who fully understood she had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to drop us off and return. All in all I think their service is great. We were in luck and didn't have to wait at all. However, I don't think waiting 15 minutes is too bad, given that they are one of the cheapest providers out there.
